Dr. Kevin Warr is a seasoned international development professional with over 15 years experience in the international development field. He has extensive program evaluation experience, both as an independent evaluator and as a program designer. He has created and implemented over 20 programs in 15 countries, which have been distinguished by their excellent results. He has also evaluated 20-plus development programs throughout the world. As an undergraduate, Kevin Warr studied Political Science at Wheaton College in Wheaton, IL, and earned his BA degree there.
